Course Memo

This course asks students to think about thinking. Students are provided the tools to plan, analyze, reflect in ways that will allow them to learn new skills, transfer their knowledge and skills to new contexts, and develop learning goals as they move toward mastery. Current research on thinking and learning is covered with a focus on knowledge of resources, study techniques, writing skills, critical thinking skills, motivation and self-efficacy. 3 units.
